Based on you
Based on your annual household consumption and projected gas rates, our billing program calculates a set monthly payment.
It's NOT a locked in rate
You are still billed based on current gas rates. We don't offer locked in rates (see our Locked Rates info page). This is more like a monthly average of your payments.
How it works
With set payments this means in the warmer months you are paying for more than you're using, building up funds in a budget account to be utilized in the colder months to supplement your set payment. Any excess funds are applied back to you each April.
There is a deadline!
Because funds need to build up in the summer you must opt into Budget Billing by not later than June 30th.
If set-up too late in the year you will just end up with a large bill at the end of April when budget accounts are reconciled.
