Applies to new customers and existing customers currently on paper billing. Incentive will be applied to each account affected. Customers who switch and receive the $25.00 discount must remain on e-billing for a minimum of one (1) year from the date of incentive payout or a $25.00 fee will be re-applied back onto their next monthly bill.
